Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay. The hotel is newly remodelled and in a nice location to the red light district. The building is recently renovated and the rooms are quiet with balcony, a comfy bed, 

Had new-fashioned, quiet room with an adjacent balcony as well as a comfy bed. The location was great, within short walking distance to a music club.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were terrible.

The staff was sweet and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms. Convenient location near the train station. Many nearby restaurants and markets. Hidden treasure near Reeperbahn. Friendly staff and spotless facilities. Complementary coffee available 24/7. Close proximity to attractions and 

the room was modern and quiet with an adjacent balcony, a comfy bed, as for instance, i felt comfortable there.

Had a quite comfortable stay, the hotel is recently refurbished.

Loved our rooms with balcony. Location: the hotel was so close to the cult pub Der Goldene Handschuh which was frequented by serial killer Fritz Honka, the cult pub Der Goldene Handschuh, and St Pauli.  

As women traveling alone, we found Hotel West to be a hidden treasure near the Reeperbahn. Great value for money, with friendly staff and spotless accommodations. The adjacent balcony was a nice touch, and the lobby provided complimentary coffee
